Authentication problem into CX from Microsoft 365 for Redwood UX add-in
Summary:
If the incorrect login details are entered for CX Sales when logging in from Outlook using the new Microsoft 365 for Redwood UX add-in, after two failed attempts, a prompt is no longer offered and the user is effectively locked out. This is great security but inconvenient if it is a genuine mistake. So I have two questions -
How long is the timeout before the Outlook Add-in will allow the user to try again? (It seems to be hours rather than minutes)
Is there an administrative override which can release the lock and enable the user to try again?
