RSSP User experience issue when trying to update 'Expenditure Type'

RSSP User experience issue when trying to update 'Expenditure Type' does not update account code combination

Summary:

When you edit the requisitions in the line delivery and billing details section .Within the billing section when you "Edit" and change the "Expenditure Type" and click "UPDATE" it won't update the account number that is in the distribution field.
It will update only when you click the "Update" button which is on the Top RIGHT.
Attached is the VIDEO FILE with the issue. (issue seen in RSSP— new icon of "Purchase Requisitions (New)"
