Error in RSSP :-Attribute value (name of BU) is not available in the list of values

Summary:

While creating requisition for a specific BU in RSSP (redwood pages) we are getting an error message: - Attribute value (name of BU) is not in the list of values. Having the requester preferences unchanged we have tried to create a req using the same item in SSP (Standard UI) to fruition. The same error is seen while creating a non-catalog req for the BU in question in RSSP page.
