How to update and delete Active Award Funding Patterns using REST API?

Summary:

We have a requirement to bulk create, update and delete the Award Funding Patterns. We tried to use the Award Funding Patterns REST APIs as a solution to achieve this goal. But, we are only able to update and delete the funding patterns which are in DRAFT status. The API is not working on any other funding patterns which has any other status e.g. ACTIVE, INACTIVE etc. I have attached the screenshots of error messages that we received while trying to update/delete funding patterns in Active status.
