The action code null is invalid for the action Terminate Work Relationship

Hi,

We are trying to terminate an employee work relationship using HDL and getting following error:

"The action code null is invalid for the action Terminate Work Relationship."

We have passed the action code value as TERMINATION in HDL file which is a valid action code to terminate an employee. We have also verified that employee exists and has active workrelationship. Still it fails with above error. Does anyone have any idea on why this error is being triggerred and how to resolve this?
