Dependent value set Values in RSSP

Hi, We are using two DFFs to create a Requisition which is department and division. Department has Independent value set and Division has dependent value set. When we select a department, its dependent divisions are showing list to select and its working fine in SSP. When I am trying it in RSSP, 4 departments out of 20 departments are not working. I can see department values but divisions values are not showing to select.

I am using 24B currently.
