Offer Approval DFF - This complex attribute is containing a value.

Summary: We are having an issue with Job Offer Approval (OfferApprovalHumanTask) and a disconnect with the rule condition values. When running the Transaction Details Report, we see that the newly added DFFs and the configured rules show "This complex attribute is containing a value." whether there is a value or not.

We are expecting to see a blank (for null values) or the value amount. Is there an issue with the value set?
