Update existing Work Definition with Alternate Resource

We are trying to add alternate resources to an existing Work Definition..

Is there any way to perform this operation for large amount of data.

We have checked the ADFDi - Manage Work Definitions in Spreadsheet and Work Definition import FBDI, but unable to find any functionality.

Is there any way for this other than manually opening each Work definition and adding it.
