How to create hierarchy and hierarchy members using APIs?

In CDM we are using "Trading Community party hierarchy" as hierarchy type for our business use case. Through UI and import management we can create hierarchy and add its members underneath hierarchy.

UI Configuration : CDM → Hierarchies

Import Management → We have 2 different templates for hierarchy 1. Hierarchy - Creating a hierarchy & 2. Hierarchy members - This is members adding under hierarchy

Can you please let us know if there are any APIs for creating party hierarchy and adding the parties underneath the existing hierarchy.
