Performance Calibration - over 500 people (charts and graphs)

What functionality is available to present the calibration summary information for managers with > 500 people in their organizations in a visual chart or graph format?

We will be doing calibration this year for the first time and the overall chart/graph are very helpful but if it is not available if the organizations are larger than 500.

What are other companies doing about this limitation?

Is there a workaround? Slow performance is not a concern as much as no chart or graph.

Note: The summary chart (not a graph) functionality is available in the Workforce Comp Worksheet so if planning for 20 thousand employees, this works well as number of employees planned, budgets, balances are all automatically updated during planning and change to the worksheet.
