    Highlights for the Responsys 24C include:

    • Responsys Mobile App Uninstall Reporting Enhancement (controlled availability): Responsys now leverages APNS/FCM and the Confirmed Delivery Receipt to determine if mobile app has been uninstalled by the user.
    • Web Push: Time Sensitive Notifications: Responsys now allows marketers to define “time to live” for web push notifications, enabling superior marketing precision for time bound events.
    • Conversational marketing with WhatsApp (controlled availability): Launch of marketer-initiated WhatsApp conversations through CX app built by Meta BSP. Design Responsys programs to target a segment with all WhatsApp message types and define response options for messages as CTAs to build conversations.
