    Hi, I currently have a free tier account. I had an instance that I deleted due to some issues, but now, when I try to create a new 24GB memory 4 OCPU instance (which should fit within the available capacity), I'm unable to do so. I receive the following message:

    "No capacity for shape VM.Standard.A1.Flex in availability domain AD-1. Please create the instance in a different availability domain or try again later. If you specified a fault domain, try creating the instance without specifying a fault domain. If that doesn't work, try again later. Learn more about host capacity."
