Project enabled expense not displaying project when expense report is delegated
The expense report owner and submitter (the owner delegates to the submitter) are both assigned the Project Team Member role. When the submitter enters a project enabled expense item for herself, the project fields on the Create Expense Item page display. When the submitter enters the same project enabled expense item on behalf of the expense owner, the project fields on the Create Expense Item page don't display. How can the project fields be made to display when submitting on behalf of someone else?
