Questionnaire in Performance Document Redwood

Link in the questionnaire once clicked is not opening to new tab.

We setup the link in the questionnaire that once we clicked the link it will be open to new tab. It's working in RUI page. Once we move to Redwood, that functionality is not working anymore. Kindly confirm if this is the expected behavior once we move to Redwood page.
