Validation Rule in creating Order Release with certain Location

Need to make Action Check (Validation Rule) to prevent user to select destination location in order release new instruction if it is not listed in Location Profile selected in Order Base Line

Business Case: Suppose Customer (X) have 3 warehouses (X1, X2, X3) in different locations, The Order Base line is created with source location (A) and destination location (X).

When Creating Order release instruction, you can select different source and destination location than the one mentioned in the order base line

I managed to create flex field in OB line to search for Location Profile to act as a Parent
