What to be done to see email conversation on activities panel and Compose Email smart action?

Users with Admin role can see and reply email conversation from activities panel and Compose Email smart action in service center redwood.
But for other than Admin role like Sales Rep those users are not able to see Compose email and reply to emails from customers from activities panel. Also they are not able to see any conversations as well.
Do we have specific privileges or configuration to be done for this?
