Enable search option city,state,postal code in single UI

In Oracle Sales Cloud’s address creation, we currently have separate UIs for searching city, state, and postal code. We need to combine these fields into a single UI.

When a user selects a city and state, the system should use these inputs to display the relevant postal codes. If the user skips selecting a city and state and directly enters a postal code, the system should then allow searching for the corresponding city and state. This unified UI should seamlessly handle searches for city, state, and postal code.
