Update Historical Activity/ Debrief from OFSC after 24 hours of Activity Date

Summary:

For Asset Based Field Service, there are cases where Field service engineers are on international trips OR restricted Customer premises and might not be able to update the activity on a daily basis. They might be able to access their phone only after a week or so. Field service engineers should be able to Start, update, cancel, do debriefing as well as complete their activities from past using the mobile app. Our activity booking system is B2B fusion service. We are sending the debrief data to service logistics and this activity information is then used to build a Timesheet
