Issue Updating Customers via Spreadsheet

Dear Oracle Support,

I am encountering an issue while attempting to update customer information using a spreadsheet. Despite entering all the required information and receiving a successful process message, the customer data is not being updated.

Problem Description:

• I have created a DFF field in the customer account screen.
• I am using a spreadsheet to update this field for multiple customers.
• The update process completes successfully without errors.
• However, the customer data remains unchanged.

Request:

Please investigate this issue to determine if updating customers via spreadsheet is possible or if FDBI is the only viable method. Given the large number of customers (over 14,000), a bulk update solution is essential.
