how to create/Insert new address in existing customer account, using bulk load template

Summary:

I am looking to create/Insert new address in existing customer account, I am using bulk load template & using sheet name 'HZ_IMP_LOCATIONS_T', not able to see the reference account or customer number field, can see only 'Location Original System Reference'. can you confirm if this filed is relates with existing customer? if yes then what value we should passed from the existing customer.

Also, is it need to insert data in sheet 'HZ_IMP_ACCTSITEUSES_T' to insert new Bill/Ship to site?
