Unable to override revenue account for an Intercompany AR Credit Memo

Summary:

Hi,

User has entered incorrect entity on revenue code for a AR Credit Memo which is not applied to any transaction and final accounting is completed. So it has created intercompany transaction.

While we are trying to override the account, error is popping stating - 'This combination cannot be used; it either does not exist, or using it here is not permitted.'

Please advise if this is a valid scenario
