Unable to search for Receipt Numbers in Oracle

We are having an issue in the AR module when searching for receipts where no results are returned when copying and pasting receipt numbers in Oracle search. Our previous workaround was doing a partial search and then sorting by date in order to pull a receipt, but this doesn't always pull every receipt that applies, and is not a sustainable solution. Our current workaround is going back to our AR team and instructing them to put wildcards in the receipt search wherever a space is, but we are hopeful for a solution where spaces are not truncated in the display
