Org Level Contact - Person Relationship

Trying to Create a Org Contact in fusion (A Person with contact to be created and linked to a Organization)

1)Organization Created
2)For this Organization under Relationship to add a person , first I need to create a Person with contact point

But the problem I'm facing is manually not able to create a person without Account / Site Number . In Create Customers —> For Person Type —> Account number/ Site details are coming as mandatory . How can I create a person just with contact and assign it Organization

P.S , I don't want this contact to be associated to Account / Site level.
