The filters in the RunAnalyticsReport are not functioning as expected when used with SOAP.
Hello All,
We're using multiple filters in the RunAnalyticsReport API, including Creation Date, Update Date (DateTime), Product, Category, and Status. While we're able to run the SOAP request successfully in SOAP UI, the number of records returned through SOAP differs from those generated when running the report in the agent desktop. We're unsure of what might be missing in the SOAP request.
Any insights would be appreciated.
