Cannot find "Edit Page in Visual Builder Studio" in Prod - RSSP

Summary:

I've modified RSSP page in non-prod (DEV1 & Test). Didn't use Pipeline. I had an option to access to "Edit Page in Visual Builder Studio" in both instances.

Change has been signed off so I wanted to do the same in Prod.

However, even with Application Developer role, I am unable to find "Edit Page in Visual Builder Studio" option.

Can you advise if there is additional steps for Production only to enable VB Studio ?

I am aware that some of the Document mention about creating Environment from Application Extension page, which was not necessary at all in lower instances, therefore I wouldn't like to take risk in doing something different directly in Prod.
