How to hide/throw an error when we have a particular value for an Identifier type?

edited Dec 5, 2024 5:48AM in Sales 1 comment

Hello Team,

Is there a way to hide a certain identifier type from CDM UI?

or else is it possible to throw an error if we select a particular identifier type?

For Example;

Consider i have one Additional identifier type as 'ABC', from the CDM UI we shouldn't see ABC as a value in Additional Identifier type dropdown (i don't want to soft deleted 'ABC' ).

or

From the groovy script can we throw an error if 'ABC' is selected from the CDM UI? if so can you please let me know how?

Thanks,

Harshini.
