How to export XML sample file from Purchase Order PDF data model

I am trying to export the XML from the standard Oracle Purchase Order PDF Data Model, so that I can import that XML Sample into the RTF Document (using the BI Publisher Word Add-In) and then add some new data fields into our custom PDF RTF Report.

I am not able to get the Data Model to produce any data, so am unable to export the XML Schema. Does anyone know what values I need to put into the parameters in order to generate data? What is the Document Number parameter? I have tried entering all kinds of PO Id's and numbers, but am unable to get any data to show.
