VB Studio adding Oracle Fusion from different tenancy and identity

Summary:

Hi,

We are having two different OCI Tenancy one for Oracle SaaS application and one for OCI Services. We are using the VB Studio from PaaS Tenancy. We want to use the same VB studio for Oracle SaaS extension as well for easy management.

We were able to create Oracle SaaS Environment using Basic and OAuth method but still while modifying any screen its giving error

"Cannot Preview Page

Check that you are signed in and the application is configured correctly."

Even after signing in and reload it's same the error.

The SaaS application is federated with IDCS X and VBCS is federated with IDCS Y, IDCS Y is already configured for oracle SaaS SSO as well.
