Is it possible to hide/disable an action in a menu button in fusion

in Sourcing

For a particular negotiation based on the negotiation status, we want to hide/disable one action from the menu button in fusion.

Requirement is to hide/disable the "Completed Award" action in the Actions menu list. Is it possible?
