In an effort to report on productivity and the benefits of the Advance Collection, I am seeking some guidance on any reports or metrics that may be available for business to use, to show collector performance.

Using Collections Manager Dashboard, we can get the insight into advanced metrics, known as Key Performance Indicators (KPI).

These metrics helps to understand the payment history of your customers and effectiveness of your collections organization. Using this information you can strategically allocate collections resources more effectively.
