Can we use VBS to make the 'Contract Number' and 'Funding Source' fields required in RSSP?

This is related to Idea Number: 763075.

The idea to default the 'Contract Number' and 'Funding Source' fields is currently under review.

In the interim, is it possible to make these two fields mandatory for specific project types when entering project details on a requisition?
