Rebuild Functionality is not working in New RSSP

Hi Team,

We have a requirement to allow users to update the cost center for Capital POs via a change order by modifying the requester name (Rebuild Accounts functionality), which is currently working fine in the classic UI.

For example, a PR is created for Projects with Requestor R1, associated with cost center 2241, and is converted to a PO. Now, we need to change the requester from R1 (2241) to R2 (1111).

However, this functionality is not working in the new Responsive Self-Service Change Order.

Please review the screenshots below and let me know if any specific configuration or program needs to be run to address this issue.
