How can Service Request numbering prefix and sequence be different for each country/State

Understand that in current Fusion application the Service Request auto generation is based on a Prefix and Radix format that is global across the application.

We have a requirement from the customer to have a different pre-fix on the service request based on country and branch the SR is created.

Example:

a) The Customer Services around 11 countries. (Example: Egypt, UK, Nigeria, Kenya etc..)

b) In each country they have branches located in few states. Ex: In Egypt, service branch is in Cairo, Alexandria and others.
