For incidents that are created due to a reply to an old incident that has been closed past it's threshold-  Can I create a report that shows the new incident reference number and the expired incident reference number?  I know that is captured in a private note on the new incident, I just don't know if I can add it to a grid report (as well as possibly other fields from the expired incident).
