SQL based Approval workflow

Facing error while configuring SQL based approval workflow for JOB requisitions.

I have checked at backend query return correct USERNAME.

Expression : orcl:query-database('SELECT USERNAME FROM PER_USERS USR WHERE USERNAME =''abc12765@test.com''',true(),true(),'jdbc/ApplicationDBDS')

exception.description: The task is assigned to an invalid user orcl:query-database('select username from per_users usr where username =''abc12765@test.com''' in realm jazn.com. The routing slip is associated with the task definition default/HcmRecHiringCoreRequisitionApprovalComposite!11.13.23.04.0/RequisitionApprovalHumanTask.
exception.fix: Verify that the user is specified correctly in the routing slip in the task definition.
