How to restrict the 'Intended Use' LOVs on the 'Edit Requisition' page ?

The requirement is to enable user to select only the configured values from the Intended Use LOV. But in case of India Business Unit Addition Values are also coming up. For other Business Unit the field is behaving as expected.

While creating a requisition for any Indian Business Unit, the "Intended Use" field on the "Edit Requisition" page displays seeded values apart from the expected ones. This issue occurs only for Indian Business Units, whereas for other Business Units, the LOV shows only the expected values. We are facing this issue in both Classic SSP and the new Redwood SSP.
