We are attempting to create a report that will provide detailed survey results that will yield overall scores by agent type, incident type, date range, and more.  The report I've created gives me this data, however, it looks to be giving me all surveys completed by any customer who completed a survey during the date range I am searching for and I can't figure out how to get the dupes off.  Help, please!
