Preview incident - without opening workspace?

Could not locate any information in documentation or here at the community, so here goes:

My agents wants a preview function of incident (customer thread) , when they are in the "Queue" report.
Now they have to open the incident and enter workspace in order to read the content of the incident.

Is there any way to preview the customer thread, in the report?

I've been searching around and testing - however I've been not so lucky to locate any topics about this or similar wish.
So any tip / guidance would be at great help!
