Objects in Excel Report, need to convert to data

We have a multi-select question in a customer satisfaction survey, which allows the customer to slect multiple products that the customer has installed at their site. However when the report was developed to show this data in an excel spreadsheet, these products are at the column header and there's a check mark "object" in the cells below that indicate the customers survey response. I'm trying to determine how to replace the check mark with a text character, or the actual name of the product. The only was to replace these check marks are manual and time consuming.

I've included an image of the report and need to understand options to better manage these check mark objects.
