How to access button in the report associated to child object view from parent object.

We have a view(object1) under Asset object to which a report is associated. I need to disable the Delete button in the view based on the parent object(Asset) status. How I will get the control of the delete button.

Similarly, only one record should be added in the View. If user adds second one I need to throw a error message. But these values are saving after the asset object saves. so I  m not getting any references values in the Asset object context.
