I took over a department that did not utilize or follow workflows. I am trying to get them initiated; but could use some input from fellow users. The database currently has far too many "Main" status to choose from - does anyone have a recommendation on how many main statuses are sufficient?
My feeling is the main status can be down to the following:
- Hired
- Available
- Interviewing
- Application Under Review
Does anyone have a manageable set of workflows they would be willing to share with me?...or at the very least any suggestions on how to tackle this from ground zero?
