How do you delete an Person record for a spouse / partner / next of kin?


Afternoon all,

As part of our GDPR compliance, we are looking at deleting the person records for the partner / spouse of employees when the employee is terminated. As the employee will no longer work for us, there is no reason for us to keep their spouse/partner person record in Fusion, so we are trying to remove them as part of our termination process.

Can anyone shed any light on how this is done? When i go in to the person record for a partner, they don't have any obvious way of completely removing the record from the system.
