answers viewed data from iFrame?

Does anyone know if it's possible to collect answers viewed data from a report that runs in an iFrame?  I have a situation whereby you login to site x (not an Oracle site) and then you are presented with their custhelp.com answers list report and searching capability, etc. in an iFrame.

It is also possible to navigate directly to the custhelp.com page--not in an iFrame--and access answers from there.

I'm looking for a way to collect answer view data that compares views from within the iFrame vs. views directly from custhelp.com.

I've been working with the clickstreams table and by using "referrer", I have had some success, but the data only shows that the hit came from outside of the custhelp.com.....it doesn't show anything deeper than that and I--such as which answer was viewed.
