In order to use SQL Developer Web, the docs say 'Before signing in, enable the database user’s schema for SQL Developer Web'.

Who is the database user? I would like to connect as the schema user. Is this possible?

I found docs that instruct to ssh to the compute as opc, su to root and create a text file containing the password of the user whose schema you want to enable. The docs show password.txt being created in /home/oracle. How is this password associated with a specific user? Can this only handle one user? What if I have more than one user that I want to be able to use SQL Developer Web?
