Who opened the survey invite AND clicked the survey link?

Hi all. I'm wondering if it's possible to identify contacts who have opened a survey from a survey invitation (the link to the survey was not tracked)? We're trying to identify those contacts that received the invitation and clicked the "this survey" link in the invitation. 

We have a similar report for Mailings (definition attached) that tells us who opened the mailing and would like a similar report for surveys that are sent using the survey invitation with link to the surveyas opposed to a weblink etc.

Any advice would be appreciated.
