Agent Login report - showing SSO logins when agent is not set up for SSO

adding the Login Method to the Agent Login report shows SSO for agents that don't have SSO set up

I did a copy of the Agent Login report and added the column Login Method from the user_trans table.  When I run that, I show a bunch of agents as having logged in through SSO ('login based on SSO Session Token') when they are not set up with a profile that even allows SSO.  I see other agents in the same report showing the 'local user name/password based login' item so it's correct for some users, but not others.  We do have SSO on that interface and some logins through SSO are showing correctly.  But I can't trust the report since
