Hi Experts,

I would like to ask if a report like this is possible:

Response:

  1. Total number of requests that have received a response from CSRs  in <= 4hours
  2. Total number of requests that have received a response from CSRs  in <= 24 hours
  3. Total number of requests that have not received a response up to the date that I generate the report.

 

Resolution:

  1. Total number of requests that have received a resolution from CSR in:
    1. <=24 hours
    2. <=2 days
    3. 2 – 5 days
    4. <= 2 Weeks
    5. >2Weeks
    6. Have not received a resolution by the time we generate the report.
