Performance Approval Rules – Rule Conditions Configurations

We would like to configure 3 rules condition for performance approval rules based on the following criteria:

Month of Performance Document Start Date (PFA S1)

Month of Performance Document End Date (PFA S1)

Department Name of the Manager of the evaluated Employee

For example, if:

Performance Document Start Date.Month = 01 AND

Performance Document End Date.Month = 06 AND

Department Name of the Manager of the evaluated Employee == Financial Control Unit

Can you please advise how we can capture these criteria in Manage Approval Rules for Performance Document (PFA S5)? Indeed the following parameters appear:
