ILT Post-work and Boosted Learning

Has anyone sent out post work and/ or boosted learning videos/assignments/etc through the LMS messages? I am having a difficult time getting the post ILT completion messages to go through...

and cannot at all see a solution to sending out boosted learning 2 days, 2weeks, 2 months, etc later to learners. Anything you have done or forums you have found helpful are much appreciated!
