The "Add" goal button is not available for an employee that is eligible for a performance goal plan.  Other employees are able to add goals using this button. Below is a screen shot of the employees goal plan without the "Add" button.  Is there a process that needs to be ran in order for this employee to gain access to the "Add" button?
